Neat Floor Cleaner Bottles

What was the aim of this project? To bring a solution to floor cleaning that would be a concentrated refill that allows the user to refill and reuse their bottle rather than throwing it in the bin.


What were the potential challenges / difficulties? We couldn’t use an aluminium bottle as it could not be squeezed. The concept is the squirt and mop so you don’t need to fill a bucket full of water but just spray directly onto the floor and mop. This means finding a suitable material that would be durable, that can be squeezed and still fit with the brand aesthetic. Cost was also a challenge as the floor cleaning category commands less of a premium than other surface care products.


What did CPPC do for you? CPPC helped us find material and manufacturing solutions that worked for the project. They took the mammoth task of looking across the market for suitable partners then engaging with them on their capabilities and costs.


How has the product been received in the market? It’s been received really well and has now launched into Tesco stores nationwide.
